Unlocking the Potential of Broadway Junction

In the summer of 2022, the Local Development Corporation of East New York undertook a survey initiative to engage local residents and visitors regarding their thoughts and feelings on the area around Broadway Junction. This survey was expanded to a digital audience in partnership with Eastnewyork.com in conjunction with a series of community events, “Empower East New York,” held in the summer of 2023 and aimed at educating residents on topics such as accessing affordable housing and job opportunities.
